Professor Tom Ojienda is a practicing Advocate and teaches law at Moi University. He currently serves as a Commissioner with the TJRC Kenya. He has published in areas of land law and land reform, human rights, gender and legal practice. Ms. Katarina Juma is a non-practicing Advocate currently working in the private sector. Ms. Juma is an Editorial Board member of the East Africa Law Reports and has published other texts among them: Digest of Family Law and Matrimonial Property.
