Odunga’s Digest on Civil Case Law & Procedure deals with both procedural and substantive civil decisions hence the title “Civil Case Law and Procedure”. This 2nd edition contain cases from Kampala Law Reports, Kenya Law Reports (1976 to 2005) and the East Africa Law Reports (1976 to 2008). It also contain those decisions that have been overturned or confirmed by the Court of Appeal since the first edition. The Digest is a reference book whose main aim is to guide the civil law practitioner on the various holdings from our courts on various aspects of civil law. To make the ”Digest” more meaningful, most of the decisions cited are available on the website of LawAfrica and are variously cited as LLR (LawAfrica Law Reports) – www.lawafrica.com.
